Pontiac Fiero Center Console Skeleton 3D PRINTER DOWNLOAD

Pontiac Fiero Center Console Skeleton 3D PRINTER DOWNLOAD

$0.00

I've re-created the original Fiero Center Console Skeleton.
It's mostly exactly as the original was designed, but since mine was a bit broken, I had to guess at some things.
It comes with no holes, you'll have to line everything up, then drill yourself. I believe this is how Pontiac did it too since the original's holes are never quite center.

Drill Carefully

No screw holes have been pre-drilled. You may need to measure your particular vehicle to line up the holes perfectly. If you just drill the center of the circles I made, it should at least be pretty close.

How I Designed This

Fusion360

This was designed fully in Fusion360. I carefully measured every angle and distance. It should be pretty much exact.
I'm a novice at Fusion360, so I'm sure I made some mistakes, and some corners look a bit off. Everything should still be 100% functional

I recommend printing the individual parts, then gluing it all together.
I used PETG plastic, and I plan to use PET glue as seen at 3dgloop.com Matterhackers offers the glue as well, and their shipping is pretty reasonable.

Mine came out slightly ugly due to PET stringing and supports.
If your machine can handle printing this in ABS or poly-carbonate, I think that would be better, but PET was good for me since it doesn't warp very much.

I also have the Fusion360 link if you want to poke around.
I'm a novice in Fusion, so don't criticize too harshly.

Everything fits pretty well on a Prusa i3 mk3, but it should fit on similar printers as well.
I had to cut down the sides on the radio piece just a bit. I posted both a cut and uncut version.

I will post photos as soon as I can
